Why I started this
In 2020, Hurricane Sally caused severe damage to properties belonging to my dad and our family.
I’d been working in the roofing industry, but seeing my own family go through that experience made it personal.
The process was confusing. Insurance terminology. Contractor terminology. Roofing materials. Estimates. Trying to figure out who to trust and what needed to happen next.
Thank God my dad had us in his corner.
We could explain what people were telling him, help him understand his options, and walk through the decisions with him. It was still stressful, but he didn’t have to figure everything out alone.
